On Thursday the 1st of June Zara gave the short introduction for a Global Seaweed Coalition and UNEP seaweed packaging event in Paris. She pointed out how seaweed can help address MANY of the problems caused by plastic pollution. Zara was invited by Vincent Doumeizel the author of ‘The Seaweed Revolution’ and a Senior Adviser on the oceans to the United Nations Global Compact. I’m so proud of Zara for doing such good talk with so much confidence!
